"I saw a different empanada truck right next to them, but they just served normal pagan empanadas. I wanted a holy empanada because I'm Christian, so I walked down to this food truck instead. They're not lying, these empanadas really are holy. They are set apart from all other empanadas. Customer service is top notch. Special shout out to the pizza empanada — imagine a pizza roll, but the best pizza roll you could dream of. This empanada is even better than that. I brought an extra one home for my two year old son, and it took everything in me not to devour it and heat him up some dinosaur chicken nuggets instead. I stayed strong though and only took one bite of his on my way home."
